CFF Productions is proud to bring the former Oxford International Film Festival under its wing.  We are currently in the process of filing our non-profit corporate paperwork, and looking forward to our very first fundraiser!

The OIFF was established in 2006, in conjunction with the Miami University student filmmaker group, Miami Association of Filmmakers and Independent Actors, aka, M.A.F.I.A.  Since its inception, it has grown from a 3 day film festival, held on Miami University’s campus, to a weeklong event in the historic Esquire Theatre in Cincinnati Ohio.  The 2009 event had over 600 submissions, featuring over 100 films, with industry panels and technical workshops.  A strategic partnership with Rivercoast Distribution enabled filmmakers whose films were chosen the opportunity to talk with a distributor and an opportunity at a non-exclusive contract.  This unique bonus for filmmakers in the OIFF, made it one of MovieMaker Magazine’s top 25 film festivals worth the entry fee.

Submissions for the 2010 festival will begin in November, with additional categories.

The dates set for the 2010 Cinci-Oxford Film Festival are October 8 – 16, 2010.
